I feel like there are a lot of things for me to discuss, but I'll try to do this in an organized manner.
First, yay for Crochet Today! I can't wait to get home and get my copy. While we're on the subject of mags, I also was checking out past editions of magazines at the library, and I found HARD copies of Vogue Knitting. How cool is that? The library actually had the mag bound into a hard cover. I got the Spring/Summer '06 and '99 editions. Gosh do they have beautiful things. So far Charles's sweater is going so well that I am thinking about also making a knitted tank for myself for summer! I can't wait!!!
So Charles's sweater: Oh my gosh, is this fun! First of all, I have never before had the privilege of knitting something for an unborn child in my family. It is the best feeling in the world. I think about him and Anne the whole time I am reading. I just can't wait to see him! By tomorrow the back should be done!!!! I just can't stop working on it.
I wrote the first article for my web site this afternoon, on of two book reviews that will be featured on the site. I read Knit Lit, which is edited by Linda Roghaar and Molly Wolf. I gave it a mixed review, but I will provide the link to it when it is edited.
Lastly, I can't wait for the KnitOut in Minneapolis next weekend!
I must get back to homework. :(

Pray tell! What is this KnitOut you speak of?!
I cannot wait to see Charles' sweater. And I must say it warms my heart to know that it is being made with such love by such a wonderful lady!
I just had one of those moments tonight where I realized that we're going to have a baby. One of the projects in Crochet Today measures 4 inches across, and I thought to myself, "Well, Charles is already 11 inches." Then I realized - my goodness! We're actually going to have a child...amazing...humbling...a maybe a bit surreal!
Aww!! I literally said that aloud as I read your comment!
