Okay, everyone, big plans. I have two goals for this Saturday: a – finish my mother in law’s recipe book and b – finish Charles’ blanket! That’s right this Saturday it will be finished. Okay, well, I’m at least going to finish the body and the border, whether they will actually get put together…that would probably count as another goal, but you never know. Peter’s volunteering all Saturday, so I have the day to myself anyway and it’s not laundry weekend, so…what better time? And then I can bring an actual completed project to Easter and show the family.
Also I plan to post a picture of the adorable sweater vest made by Beth! My sister showed it to her friend when they came over to our apartment to use the microwave while we were out and her friend raved about it and said that it would be perfect Christmas. And it may well serve as his Christmas outfit, especially if he doesn’t fit into the one we bought for him…

Yay! I'm glad you guys like it. Madeleine wore her very first hand knit sweater yesterday (since I can never figure out how to dress this kid - the weather man is wrong every day!) She looked really cute ;-)
