Knitting in Class

Yes, it's true. I knit in class on Tuesday, and I'm planning to knit in two of my classes tomorrow. You may be thinking, "what a terrible student," but I have to say that to knit during an 8:05 am class that lasts an hour and 15 minutes and during which my teacher solely sums up what we read for class that day, knitting actually kept me alert. I was knitting something simple, so I didn't have to think about what I was doing. I kept my eyes on the teacher so he knew I was listening, and just jotted down the few notes that were necessary. I'm going to knit in the same class tomorrow, and then in y next class we are just watching a movie, so knitting it is!
I guess that's what happens when you take 22 credit hours and are an obsessive knitter. You just have to cut a few corners every once in a while. :)
As for my honors project, I switched to a web site because I was having some difficulties with the publication design program. I am in a web design class this semester, which means whatever I learn in class, I go home and apply to my own page that night! Keeps me working steady. As for the knit out business, I have the pics on a page, but I still have some work to do. I am working though. Two weeks til spring break. I CAN DO IT!
