Unfortunately this will have to be quick because I am about to head out to an interview with a guy on campus who knits, or used to at least! I'm really interested to hear what he has to say.
I also worked on my projects during the Super Bowl, which was by far a more disappointing game for me, being from the Chicago suburbs. I casted on Charles's sweater!! Yay!! I will have to start over again this morning because I screwed up. When I casted on yesterday, though, I was shocked by how preciously small it is! It made me so eager to meet this new bundle of life. As a side note, I have had such a desire to hold a baby lately, so Anne, you're going to have to hook me up! :) I can't wait until it's finished! I don't want to give away too much, but when I saw this pattern I knew it was the perfect sweater for Charles. I can't wait to see him in it!

Man…you’re going to be a better 2nd cousin then I will be an aunt! At least he has someone to make him that stuff! I know his mom will be able to someday soon
I can't wait to see the sweater either!!! I'm sure he's going to look and feel positively cuddly in it!
I'm more than happy to hook you up with a baby to hold!
P.S. Your interview with the knitting guy makes me very exciting to read your magazine!!!
And in case I haven't told you yet I will write my book review on the novel KNITTING by Anne Bartlett.
Completely unrelated: we've got loads and loads of beautiful white snow! And it's still falling!Unfortunately, from the sound of all those sirens outside my toasty home, I think it's making the roads kind of dangerous for everyone...
